Join Sepideh and Mona in an exploration of the alchemy of rage we hold as people of the SWANA region.
In this 2 hour workshop, we will ground, be led through a trance state to connect with this rage and alchemy, and then be guided into a somatic integration to help us ground all that has been felt and revealed to us through the trance and our time together.
This workshop is an introduction to Sepideh and Mona’s Reviving Our Roots class series, which is a sacred container for people from the SWANA region, whether you live in diaspora or in your motherland. It is an invitation for you to heal your roots and bring into embodiment the beautiful wisdom and medicine of your ancestors, cultures, and lands.
