This is a four month journey of the shadow and true selves using the seven chakras and our bodies as a guide to inform us and to begin breaking patterns and creating new pathways.

    Dive into each chakra, each shadow and true self, letting the elements guide your practices.

    Get to know each chakra, shadow, and true self through somatic exploration and embodiment.

  • ✶ INTEGRATE ✶

    Integrate the wisdom into the body, mind, and soul. Establish new and support aligned patterns.

    Doing this as a community helps to expand and deepen your understanding of your shadow.

  • ✶ COLLECTIVE HEALING ✶

    Exploring the shadow in a communal space helps us to identify the collective shadow and shift towards collective healing.
